Between 16 - 20 Dec 2013, I attended the Train The Trainer (TTT) program organized by the Human Resource Development Federation (HRDF). It is meant to get myself certified as a trainer - Something that I have always enjoy to do.
At the end of the program, each participants will do a 15-minutes presentation as part of the assessment. We are free to choose any topics, but the presentation has to follow the format taught in the TTT program.
